First Hair Cut

Six months post chemo. I can finally throw away my hats, although they have become my security blanket.Yesterday I had my first haircut :) I don't have much hair but it was time to take the giant leap and have a colour put through my hair and have a trim. So, I went all out and have gone a white blonde with pink tips on top. LOL. That is something I never ever would have done pre cancer. I haven't stepped out in public yet, I am a little nervous but people stared at me wearing a hat so at least now they have something to look at lol PICS TO COME

Poll

We have a short and simple poll on our blog just to the right. We would love for you to answer.

Low White Cells

Unfortunately, I again have a low white cell count. That means that if I develop a fever, cough, pneumonia etc. it's straight back to hospital for me. I'm lying low, hoping not to catch anything and hoping to keep my temperature down. There isn't much more that I can do but wait and hope that my next blood test on Monday will show that they have gone back up close to normal at least.
